Orders usually ships within 24-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be sent to you within the next 48 hours. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door.

All undeliverable packages will be charged a fee. This fee is the postal re-routing fee -make sure you give the right address when you are making the purchase.
Order processing is within 24-48 hours. We don’t process and ship on the same day. This delay is due to us waiting for payments to clear and also just in case you realize you gave us a wrong address you will be able to contact us to fix it. We generally process orders in 1-2 business days. For example, if you shop on Jirano.com on Monday, your order is shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
As a buyer, please make sure you enter your address correctly. This is very important. Orders are shipped on the following business day and address alterations cannot be made after 5 pm on the day of your order. Please double verify the address you enter, as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund but we will also charge a re-routing fee (what the shipping company charges when a package is returned).
If your item arrives to you damages, we ask that you retain the contents in that condition because we will require that you open a claim with the courier company. A lack of claim submission may result in the item not qualifying for a refund.
Jirano is not responsible for any shipments that are delayed due to customs, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays.
